sittingmaxAfter discovering his love of weight lifting and fitness in High School, Maxxxwell entered his first bodybuilding competition in 2002. From then until 2009 Max competed in over 20 competitions, winning his class 8 times. During that time he also worked as a personal trainer and nutrition counselor. Although he has not competed in several years, Max continues to enjoy the bodybuilding lifestyle and hopes to return to competition at some point in the future.

Typical Training Split:

Monday – Calves and Abs

Tuesday – Chest and Shoulders

Wednesday – Back

Friday – Arms

Sunday – Legs
